Most of our themes contain the Sign In button in the navigation bar and open the form thanks to the Login With Ajax plugin.

But you may notice, that the Registration form is not available by default. Most probably it is because your WordPress blog does not allow registrations and to allow it, you have to open the Settings → General → Membership and check the Anyone can register checkbox. Then click on the Save Changes button.
